Located in Santa Monica, California for over 55 years, White & Company is a second generation family owned business, allowing the company a unique perspective in the targeting and writing of insurance for family-owned, and closely-held businesses, their principals, and employees.
White & Company is comprised of over 45 professionals within 5 departments: Commercial Insurance, Personal Insurance, Life & Financial Services, Employee Benefits, and Finance, all with one goal: to develop a different type of relationship with our clients, going beyond mere sales and account management. We look to provide consultative advice for businesses and individuals, to determine physical and financial loss exposures, and to recommend the most effective ways to address them, via insurance or other means.
The White & Company Employee Stock Ownership Plan reflects management's philosophy that clients are best served by personnel who have a vested interest in the success of the company.
In keeping with the tradition established by its founder, Ernie White, White & Company returns to its community by being a major financial supporter of charitable organizations, including the Santa Monica-UCLA Hospital Foundation, Santa Monica Boys & Girls Club, Salvation Army, and Santa Monica College Associates.
White & Company is an active member of the Insurance Brokers and Agents of the West Association. Other company memberships and affiliations include Trusted Choice, the Society of Certified Property and Casualty Underwriters, the Society of Certified Insurance Counselors, and the Santa Monica Chamber of Commerce.
